Update your business information

Change your account-level business information in Back Office when the identity shown by FreshlyCart needs an update.

Update the information

1. In Back Office, go to Settings → General Settings.
2. Under Account Information, update Business Name.
3. To replace the account logo, use Logo and select an image.
4. Under Tax Details, update only the fields that apply to your business, such as Tax Business Name, Commercial Registration Number, or VAT ID.
5. Select Save.

Keep the scopes separate

• A location has its own name, address, and phone details. Update location information in the location record.
• Taxes and their rates are managed separately under Settings → Taxes.
• Your FreshlyCart subscription and billing invoices are managed under Subscriptions.
• For a business in Colombia that uses electronic invoicing, follow Prepare your account for DIAN electronic invoicing for the additional fiscal setup.

The current General Settings screen does not include a business-type control.
