Apply a discount to a sale

Apply one of the discounts already available to the POS location. FreshlyCart supports configured Percentage and Amount discount types.

Apply a discount to the sale

1. Add at least one product to the active sale.
2. Open More, then select Discounts.
3. Turn on each discount that should apply.
4. Select Save.
5. Review the discount and updated total before payment.

Apply a discount to one product

1. Select the product line in the sale.
2. Under Discounts, turn on the discount for that product.
3. Select Save.
4. Review the product line and sale total.

Change or remove a discount

Open the same Discounts list, turn off the discount, and select Save. For a product-only discount, open that product line first.

Caution

A discount changes the amount recorded for the sale. Review the selected discount and total before you complete payment.
