Add and configure a new location

Add a new location for each place where your business operates. FreshlyCart uses locations to associate inventory, devices, product availability, and sales activity with the correct place.

Add a location

1. In Back Office, go to Management → Locations.
2. Select Add New Location.
3. Enter the required Location Name.
4. Complete the address fields shown for your business country. Required address fields vary by country.
5. Enter a Phone Number if you want it included with the location details.
6. Review Location Preview. The preview shows the business name, location name, address, and phone information used on receipts.
7. Select Save.

After you add the location

When you configure products and POS devices, choose the correct location. Product sale availability and stock are managed separately for each location.

Note

The current location form does not include an activation or deactivation control. Do not use Delete as a substitute for temporarily disabling a location without first confirming the operational effect.
