Choose an order type

Use Order Type to identify how a restaurant order will be fulfilled. FreshlyCart POS shows Pickup, Delivery, Dine-in, and Drive Through; dine-in and drive-through are shown for restaurant businesses.

Choose the order type

Section titled “Choose the order type”
  1. Add at least one product to the sale.
  2. In the sale summary, select Order Type.
  3. Select the applicable order type.
  4. If you select Dine-in, choose the table for the order.
  5. Continue the sale.

Changing a dine-in order to another type removes its table assignment. The selected order type is also shown on kitchen orders in FreshlyCart KDS.

Create a table layout, add sections and tables, and use the layout for dine-in orders.
