Sign in with an employee PIN

Employee PIN sign-in identifies the person using a shared POS or Inventory device and applies that employee’s role and location access.

Before you begin

• The employee must have POS login enabled in Back Office.
• Enable Employee Pin code access must be enabled for the business if employees are required to enter a PIN.

Sign in to FreshlyCart POS

1. On the employee sign-in screen, select your employee profile.
2. When Enter Pin appears, enter your four-digit PIN.
3. FreshlyCart opens POS when the PIN is correct.

Sign in to FreshlyCart Inventory

1. On the Inventory employee sign-in screen, select your employee profile.
2. When Enter pin appears, enter your four-digit PIN.
3. If you can access more than one inventory location, select the location for this session.
4. FreshlyCart Inventory opens with the permissions and location access assigned to your role and profile.

FreshlyCart Inventory shows only employees whose role includes inventory-related access and who can operate at an available location.
